About St Hugh’s
St Hugh’s purpose built facility was built in 1994. This private hospital is set in three acres of beautiful grounds, with ample free car parking for both patients, staff and visitors.
Our attractive single-storey complex houses 31 patient beds, two state-of-the-art operating theatres and a high dependency unit. We provide a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services across the full spectrum of clinical specialities. We also offer on-site x-ray and physiotherapy support. Orthopaedic surgery, including major joint replacements, is a particular strength of the hospital.
As a patient of St Hugh’s you can be assured that you are in safe hands. The hospital is supported by over 100 consultants and a team of highly trained nurses, who provide care that is second to none. High dependency care can be offered 24hrs, 7 days a week if required. Cover is provided by our resident medical officers.
